By creating an account or playing BLOCKFLIP ("the Game", at blockflip.io) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game. You may browse and play anonymously, but scores are only saved for registered accounts.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide (including your date of birth) is accurate.

You're responsible for keeping your password and login methods secure and for all activity under your account. Choose a username that isn't offensive, impersonating, or infringing. We may reclaim usernames that violate these rules.

Don't cheat, automate play, tamper with score submissions, exploit bugs for leaderboard gain, or attempt to disrupt the service. All scores are server-verified; submissions that fail verification are rejected. Violations may result in score removal or a ban.

We may suspend or ban accounts — and block associated IP addresses — that break these Terms, abuse the service, or harm other players, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Don't use the Game for anything unlawful, harassing, or harmful, and don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.

The Game, its design, code, and branding are ours. You may play and share your results, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Game without permission.

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and leaderboards may be reset or corrected to maintain integrity.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
